At WWE Crown Jewel 2023 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia on Saturday, The Tribal Chief defeated LA Knight and kept his Undisputed Universal Championship with a major help from The Bloodline. He has now won 1,161 days in a row.
Knight seems to have defeated Reigns abruptly after delivering the BFT. However, Jimmy Uso put his cousin's leg over the bottom rope so the champion would survive when the referee's count reached two.
In what turned out to be the match's pivotal moment, Knight turned to face Uso and slammed him through the announcers' table, giving Reigns ample time to spear the charging opponent over the outside barricade.
A few moments later, Reigns returned to the ring and defeated Knight with yet another spear.
Seth Rollins defeated Drew McIntyre to keep the WWE World Heavyweight Championship, and Logan Paul unexpectedly defeated Rey Mysterio to take the title of U.S. Champion.
